Account deletion request

Request deletion of a TindahanGo login or closure of a business workspace.

Before you request deletion

  • Managers and cashiers can request deletion of only their personal TindahanGo user account.
  • Business owners can request closure of the whole business workspace. This affects all users and requires a separate, explicit final confirmation in the signed-in app.
  • Requesting or verifying by email does not delete an account, close a business, or end access by itself.
  • After confirmed business closure, personal identity data for all associated Owners, Managers, Cashiers, and staff is deleted or anonymized and access is revoked. Historical transaction, accounting, security, statutory, dispute, fraud-prevention, and audit records may remain where required.
